Rockwoolisproducedbymeltingmixofbasalt,limestone&cokeinaspecialverticalfurnaceathightemperature(about1500oC).Thenthemoltenrockismadeintothinfibersthroughahighspeedcentrifugalmachine.Afteraddingcertainamountofbinder,dustproofoil,siliconoilandmechanicaloperations,rockwoolfibersarethenprocessedtoendupwiththefinaldesiredproductofthespecifiedphysicalandchemicalpropertiesandspecifications.Thebinderissprayedequablybyusingnewtechnology,sotherockwoolfiberandbindercanbetiedinperfectly;avoiddelaminatingwhichhappensoftenonrockwoolsproducedbysmallproductionline. Rockwoolslabaremadeindifferenttypeswithdifferentsizesandformstosuitthedifferentapplicationneeds. Standard rock wool board Board Size: 1200mm x 600mm, 1200mm x 630mm.
